Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Types of Shipping provided

– Normal Shipping – It is free upto Order value Rs. 1000

– Open Box Delivery – In Open Box Delivery, our courier person will open the package in front of you at the time of delivery. Both outside as well as the brand packing is opened and shown to you. This ensures that you only receive what you ordered.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery payments for major pin-code for all over India. The minimum acceptance payment for COD order is ₹ 100 (Indian rupees) excluding shipping charges and taxes. We reserve the right to cancel the orders below ₹ 100 excluding shipping charges and taxes. If we cancel an order of COD, then we will inform you by sending an email or message. Maximum acceptance payment for COD order is ₹ 2,000 (Indian rupees) excluding shipping charges and taxes. We reserve the right to cancel the orders above ₹ 2,000 excluding shipping charges and taxes. We will inform you through an email or message if COD is not available at any location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

STYLEYOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

STYLEYOO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

STYLEYOO will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
